Our chefs enjoy designing and building platters. It gives them a chance to showcase their talents and creativity incorporating elaborate garnishes into the presentations. Make sure to ask about our fruit, vegetable and ice carvings as well as various creations with chocolate, sugar and marzipan.
All of the selections from the menu below are designed to be served cold. Our platters include condiments and fresh baked rolls. Platters can be built to server 10-50 guests per platter. For parties with more than 50 guests we can build one large display or two smaller platters.
The prices for our platters are established on a per person basis and can vary based on the seasonal availability of ingredients and market price.
Assorted Raw Vegetable Platter
Carrots, Celery, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cucumbers, and Cherry Tomatoes. Served with Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and Ranch Dressing.
Carrots, Celery, Cauliflower, Radishes and Assorted Olives and Pickles. Served with Sour Cream and Carmelized Onion Dip.
Grilled Marinated Vegetable Platter
Balsamic marinated yellow squash, zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, asparagus, and portobello mushrooms lightly grilled, served cold with red onion marmalade.
